And to that I will add, I will have 2 fingers of Woodford Reserve on the rocks, after the pod is parked, level and secure and there is a flickering fire in the fire ring.

Welcome to the forum, PugPod. I hope you post lots of camping with puggies stories. I pod with my pug, too. Luckily, the interior color scheme is tannish and brown: good for camouflaging pug hair. :-) My pug likes being in the pod much better than sitting by the campfire. Here's a camera phone pic from last summer.

The PugPod made its maiden journey..Backing into the spot was no problem and there were no witnesses.. .Windy when we put up and took down the R-Dome.... next time should be easier and straighter.  Only 5 other units + some brave souls in a tent...  temp dropped to 29-30 degrees Friday... Pugs hogged the bed so they felt at home...
waiting to head out to a dog show later in April....

Very nice.  Just braved a cold Easter weekend in S. WI for my first Pod trip.  It was a blast.

Enjoy!

PugPod landed at Tom's Campground between Ridgeway and Dodgeville.  The 3 pugs sniffed at least 25% of the campground... only thing they could do to keep warm.  They never did find the Easter Bunny...Chocolate is not good for dogs with or without snouts.  They are much better as face vacuums nothing stays on the floor for long.

Our Bostons are the same way: Hoover hounds.  We may see you in Fond du Lac.  Our first trip starts the Monday following.
