Have been reading about our northern friends getting snow, rain, sleet, pods already winterized. We have been blessed by the Weather Gods and it looks like Friday, sunny and 65, Saturday sunny, windy and 70. Heading out in the morning for the last, we have a county camp ground 30 minutes from home we have not tried yet. Winter they still keep heated showers on, electric and frost free water hook ups, 33 acre lake, and walking trails, we will be on the road by 10;00am for at least a one nighter before winterizing the pod. next week 40's in the day, 25 tuesday night. We are making a run for it, cooking out, fire and sleepy time in the pod. Wish us luck on the last round up.

Its snowing here in Spokane as I post this. Probably the temperature won't reach 65 until mid-April or so. The POD is winterized and sitting on the driveway. Maybe we can find time for a couple of mods before spring.

Its over for this season, Donna and I did the last one nighter Friday at a local county camp sight, nice lake view, water and electric and garbage pickup on site, We had not been there before, nice and well kept but the sites were very close together, brought her home this morning and Winterized the water system, carried all the things in that might freeze over winter, backed her into her winter spot. Now, a couple of light mods, wash her good and cover her up for the Winter Hibernation, But I can still go down sometimes and turn on the electric heater and watch antique road show. Come on spring you rascal We Podders have places to go and things to see.

Glad that you were able to get out one last time!  We've got one more trip planned over Thanksgiving weekend, and then have decided to shut it down and winterize it for a while.  Sigh.

Have fun p&M and Paige, Donna and I will just have to wait and plan for next spring, I am thinking that maybe in about 3 or 4 years we will finally have time to do more that one or two nighters.
