Currently it is only 46 degrees outside and I thought I would check on the Pod. With its cover on, and having had it waxed prior to closing it up for the winter, it checked out just fine. Did pull the two batteries for the smoke and CO2 detector, that I had forgotten to pull before. Since it is close to the house, we keep a small heater going all winter inside and currently its 50 degrees. I have fully winterized it earlier, it is just an extra piece of mind for me. Looking forward to the summer camping to begin. I have been reading Techntreks posts about their upcoming winter thriller. I wish I were more comfortable in cold weather but, alas, it is not so. Wishing them the best and not such bitter weather as the east is experiencing currently. In any event, hope your all weathering the weather and are planning your camping for later in the year. Safe Travels.
