marwayne...Wow, beautiful, very nice...seriously, this is master craftsmanship level work. Impressive, it's a good thing you don't live closer because you would wake up one morning with my POD sitting in your driveway with a sign on the front that says..."Help Me!"LOL

QUESTION: I see you used a pedestal stand to support your table, how did you mount it to the floor? Does it have other supports other than the ped? I think the floor is 0.25 ply with foam between, is that correct? I ask because we HATE our table and it must go.

Thank you for your reply. The pictures beg two additional questions. 1) are the additional cabinets homemade or storebought,2) How did you know where to "screw" into the side walls for structural support. JUst bought our 178 & doing research during the winter months for our upcoming spring first trip. Thank you for the pictures.

I have put in many cabinets in our 172, we don't even fill them all up. When I joined the group I think there were 25 pages of mods, now there are 110 it takes a long time to look at them all, so here are a few pics of some of my cabinets.

If you want something done right, do it yourself.

Has anyone added additional storage cabinets on the wall of a R Pod 178. If so where & how did you do it?Thanks Larry158
