Well, we just signed up for Lakeview!  There should now be 12 Lakeview slots left.

And, Travis, hope you can make it down.  We'll do our best to be gracious hosts!

We gonna have some fun now!  LOL

Holy Smokes, look how nice the weather is in our area of operations...aka Taylor State Park, during the month of October! Thumbs Up

Throw that logic at the DW some night.  It helps when I have backup!

"Throw that logic at the DW some night. It helps when I have backup!"

Logic and women don't mix. There's a reason why Mr Spock was a man. In any case, we don't live that far from Tyler. About 60 miles. You can extend your stay before and/or after at our house or across the lake at the county park which is extremely nice with every site on the water. We have a boat and water toys to play with. We'd make sure it's a good trip for you....excuse me, y'all. (My Yankee upbringing kicked in unexpectedly).

OK, I've been trying to get registered at the Texas Parks and Wildlife website and it won't accept either my ID Login/Password. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, if not I'll just wait until tomorrow and call. We're planning on making reservations also. Thanks!

It might be your browser. TPWD doesn't like Firefox. I have to use Internet Explorer to make reservations.

I registered using my iPad & Safari browser.  The registration site didn't like that much, either.  I had to enter and re-enter a couple of fields before it was happy.  Thankfully, there were only a few fields. Smile
