We brought our 179 home a week ago. We're preparing for a local camping trip here in Washington (our first with the Pod). My wife suggested we call our Pod Black Bear Lodge since we have a 110 lb Black Russian Terrier that could be confused as a bear. I like the name but I'm really intruiged with some of the unique names others have christened their Pods with. We might just have to be a bit more creative.

So, do you know where we can find a list of California music festivals (esp. Old time banjo, fiddle, mando or there abouts).

I would simply Use Google, you should come up with lots of them!  We would highly recommend the Parkfield Bluegrass Festival held each year on Mother's Day and the Strawberry Music Festival (check their website for the location, they have had to relocate since a big fire a couple years ago resulted in losing their Yosemite locations) held each Memorial Day and Labor Day.

GuitaR-Pod will be in attendance!

Thanks for your response and advice!
I don't know if I mentioned that our R-pods name is Rupert.  Our Facebook friends suggested and voted for Rupert so the Decal goes on soon.
Our Memorial Days are spent at the Florida Folk Festival.  I recommend the event to everyone. As one performer said, "It's like Heaven, with sweat!"
And it often is. This year there were 13 stages. It's a big park, Stephen Foster Cultural Center, on the Suwanee River. All kinds of music, free work shops, variety of foods from comfort to Jamaican curried goat, and of course BBQ. It's near the intersection of I-95 and I-75 in North Florida. The State Fiddle Contest is on Saturday and an old-time banjo contest on Sunday.
This labor day we'll be celebrating St Augustine, FL's 450th anniversary.
Thanks again!

Hi there, my husband John and I bought our pod in early July. We've been throwing names around and the one we keep coming back to is the "Beam me up Scottie" pod. As we have two scotties we travel with and I'm a sci-fi girl! Oops we're from Washington and have a 2015 179 :) hopefully it's not been claimed! I had originally hoped for the Tardis but Ski had that one already! Lucky devil!

Can't find the perfect place to ask if anyone has this issue.
We have a new 178 that sways in the highway ruts.
The dealer suggested adding weight to the tongue.
Help!
