id like to hear from any owners that have leaks and or rot as a result.
Also the 90 day maintenance on the roof seems insane. Who does that and how?

Campers expand and contract, shake rattle and roll and sit out in the elements. Part of the routine of owning one must include the inspection and sealing of seams and seals on a regular basis for sure.

I take care of it during winter and de-winter and keep an eye of for problems in between. This issue comes with any camper.

There have been a couple pods with water intrusion issues. It can happen to anything in the weather.

As far as inspecting the "roof".. the roof is one piece.. but there are seems and seals around any camper that need to be checked periodically. It's no big deal, so far, in 5 years I have had one area that I thought looked iffy, took 20 minutes to remove the old caulk and replace with new.

Ditto here,  check it regularly and a little maintenance and it should be fine. We are on our second pond and ( knock on wood) no leaking problems.

Now that is sweet!! I wonder what that will do to the mileage on the van? Bet that could handle the waves at Cape Hatteras.
