This is kind of "old news" - as it was touched upon back in September.

Winnie

Personally, I suspect that "W" has either:
Bought the "rights" to manufacture the design or,
is buying complete or nearly complete Pods from FR and putting their "W" graphics on them - again under agreement. (This may explain why FR is cranking out Pods at a fever pitch)

I also suspect:
The FR lawyers are not "asleep at the wheel" and,
FR is probably upset about this all the way to the bank.

As Furpod points out, FR does not seem to be bashful in defending themselves (ie - MPG). "W" is no doubt aware of this history and I think it unlikely that they would "invite" a legal squabble. If no agreement exists, I suspect we will be reading about it shortly. I'm not holding my breath.

Not everyone has the dough to drive a Prevost  and pull an rpod behind just because they don't want the grandkids inside the big rig.
I personally imo don't think you belong here.  Post on the Prevost web site and pull a Winny.

I noticed a keyboard error in your post and corrected.

I have corrected your spelling of "furpod". Please make note of this.

Ha,
Ain't gonna happen.  IMO
But if it somehow helps lower the Rpod price and put more Rpods on the road, then the more I'll smile and wave as we pass by.   Copy's are just that.  Like Elvis impersonators.

They do look like copies. But then, I can buy a "Rolex" in Tijuana for $10. That doesn't make it authentic. I hope FR does go after them. I still like the graphics on my R-Pod better.

BTW: I've heard lots of complaints about the flying W on other forums. That is part of the reason we went podding.

But MPG didn't kill pods, WhiteWater Retro didn't, T@DA hasn't etc.

No.  He is a troll.  He is pimping for Winnebago in another thread a few up.

It's looks EXACTLY like an R-Pod 177, right down to the interior layout.
