Nice looking salmon.  How do you prepare it for consumption.  We go pretty simple with all our fish, grill over charcoal grill with a little butter, 6 blend pepper, and a touch of lemon, um um good.  Favorite is walleye, have any of those in your neck of the woods?

Hmmm sounds good. We usually gut it out good, pack it with stuffing and then drizzle a little bit of Italian dressing on it and bake it.
Yes, we do have some walleye................excellent tasting fish!! The have some 8-10 pounders in Island Pond, one of the places I fish.

You are making my mouth water.  Yes, we have also used italian dressing on trout and bluegill over charcoal of course.  And then there was our neighbor last fall treated us to some of his halibut he caught while in Alaska.  WOW, great tasting !!!
