We really enjoyed meeting you. I got some ideas for mods from your newer 179. The big one is going to be changing the track for the kitchen window curtain and putting in rods like yours has. That one should not cost much. I think a power jack is in our future after seeing yours. Smile

Thanks Stephen. We enjoyed meeting you and your wife. I feel like you drew the short stick though. I think I got a lot more out of it than you. Our visit to your pod is going to cost me dearly. My wife already ordered last night the tongue rack from Stromberg Carlson!

There's a few things we're going to do to our pod in the coming months:

- riser lift
- larger off-road tires
- tongue rack
- shelf above the bed
- new bracket for TV (swivel and tilt)
- double steps
- additional dump hose tube (for extension)
- battery cut off
- some sort of wall organization system in the kitchen

We really enjoyed our maiden voyage and were pleased overall with the pod, but a little disappointed with the fit and finish. Very cheap materials and poor craftsmanship. It's very clear they cut corners to manufacture an inexpensive and competitive product. It doesn't bother me too much because I can fix most of it and it reduces the price of the trailer.

We need to organize a pod meet n greet somewhere in the Carolinas this fall. We're in!
