Hello!  I'm David from Missouri.  I've watched these forums for a while, and have been deciding on the r-Pods for the last year or so.  Finally, have made the decision to go with the 2017 r-Pod 180, which will be delivered hopefully soon.  We had to go to the dealership and just run out some scenarios, such as getting up to get drinks, showering, etc.  Was stuck between the 178,179, and 180 for a long time.  Primarily it came down to the wet-bath just not being practical for my height.

I've been looking at mods and really the only one I want to do right now is figure out how to suck up the suns energy and adjust the battery situation, and add some led strip lighting.

Look forward to chatting with you all.
David

Congrats, that's great! I know what you mean on the bath options, the 180 bath is so nice.

Looking forward to seeing what you pick for the solar and battery configurations.

Glad to see  a couple more new 180 people.  :). We are pretty excited about our road trip on Monday to go pick up our new 2017 180.   Feeling pretty real now. I really enjoy this pod group.  It was so hard to decide on a model.  There's no bad choices , just having to decide which one have the most positives for your needs..theres so many things to think about before we pick it up.  Hopefully our walk through and get acquainted will not be stressful. As we are traveling a distance to dealer, we want to ask the right questions and know what to inspect before leaving.

I have a 2016 RP 180 and love it!! My only complaint is bed on wall and whoever sleeps on the inside has to crawl over the other one to use restroom during the night but the large bathroom is worth the small inconvience.

Last evening we arrived home from our 1,400 mile round trip to pick up our 2017 r pod 180.    I'm a little  foggy still this morning.  It was a  good trip, Husband Bill found it was easy to trail home with our 2016  Honda Pilot.   The sway bars worked well and we got mostly 15 mpg for our trip.     I sat with my coffee  at our gazebo table just looking at it this morning! Still can't believe it's here lol !   We love it so far and very happy for the floor plan we chose .       Introduced our two poodles to it today, they jumped right in and seemed to think it is pretty nice.  I want to wipe it up later today and vacuum . There was a lot of sadust and bits of wire snips etc. after traveling home.    I know we are going to be asking for a lot of advice from you guys. Lol.
