Just added to the itinerary - we'll be meeting up with Camper Bob and Camper Sue when we roll through Portland!

LOL, go for it.  Fire pit in the back, 30 amp RV hookup in the garage, and a fridge full of beer 10 steps from the RV outlet.  I'll let the house sitter know he'll have company.  Cool

Just spent all afternoon with the family washing the truck, camper and my wife's car.  Now I won't be embarrassed going down the road.  Next I need to do a 50 mile test-tow so I can get the lug nuts seated before we get on the road (since I just had new tires mounted).

That's a great trip! You'll have a blast! We went out via I80 to Big Sur, up the coast and back along I90. I did the I70 route back in the 70's. I remember running the heater in our GTO in attempt to keep the engine cool between Las Vegas and LA.

BTW, you don't mind if we have a little rally at your place while your gone, do you?

Yes, those are wild ponies dining on grass while dumping tanks!

Our final leg of our US tour.  The last 3 summers we did the southern states, mid-western states, and the east coast.  This July we will head out to near LA via I-70 and I-40, head up the coast to Seattle, and head back across the northern states.  I believe at that point all of us will have been in all 48 CONUS states, although the girls and my wife won't count Alabama and Mississippi since we didn't "do" anything when we drove through 3 years ago...  I DO!  Wink
