I thought we would help Doug out and convert it to a Kegerator. I'll bring the tools!

We're gearing up to leave tomorrow for a 29 night trip to California and Oregon.  On the docket to see are Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon, Big Sur, San Francisco, Napa, Lassen Volcanic, Redwoods, and Crater Lake.

We were one of the very few who were able to get a campsite in Yosemite Valley, something we are very excited about!

I'm working to get everything squared away with our Pod.  We're taking our 1 year old daughter with us, so it will be more...challenging...than what we've done in the past!

Any last minute travel tips that anyone can offer would be appreciated.

Safe travels to you and Techntrek!

Last minute tip??? Enjoy the journey and don't hurry yourself. Sometimes the trip can be a cool as the destination.

Have large freezer in the Salem, will travel!

Just had a large crab feast in the backyard 2 weeks ago.  Had to rig up a massive tarp to keep everyone dry, and rented heaters (in May! that's when things were unusually cool), but we pulled it off.  Can do it again...

Speaking of fish, one of the best trout fisheries in the US is 10 minutes from my house.  Always welcome to land the pod and go fishing.

WillThrill, you'll have to give a good report since we'll be right on your heels.  We won't stay in Yosemite but we will be visiting.

First day of driving in, 10.5 hours including stops.  Now sitting at John Bryan State Park in OH.  I met Melissa and Brian (hope I got the names right), who are here on their maiden voyage in their new-to-them 178.  Told them to stop by with any questions.  Sitting here by the fire with a sweatshirt on, a little chilly.  Hard to believe in 10 days when we are in the Las Vegas area it will be near 110.

We will be visiting the National Air Force Museum tomorrow.
