Bought a new r-pod 178 last year.  Yesterday was the first time we filled with water.  No water coming out of the kitchen sink.  Have water in bathroom and o/s shower.  Never used before.  What do we do?  Thanks

Remove the aerator from the sink faucet, clean it out. It's the little round protrusion the water come out of, it unscrews.

It's at the end of the sink faucet, right?  It won't unscrew

Make sure you're turning it clockwise as you're looking down from the top (counterclockwise when viewed from underneath).

Got it fixed. Dealer told us sometimes the manufacturer tightens them on extra tight.  Fixed the problems.  Thanks to all.  This is a great site.
