We finally put ours on yesterday...before the east coast snow storm today.  It was SO much easier to put it on that both of us had expected.  Put a ladder on each side, and my husband climbed up, pulled...I pushed the cover up to him, tugged it down & around...about 5-10 minutes was all it took.
