We have a 179 with a wet bath. We boondock a lot so I have used our shower often. My husband is a big guy so he tends to use the outdoor shower. If we are at a campground with water hook-ups I will still use the trailer shower. I am very pleased with the wet bath.

We got our 180 specifically for the bathroom. We had an R-Pod with the wet bath and didn't like it. Didn't like having to finish up in the main living space.
We use our shower most times while camping. I can only imagine what occurs in those campground showers.

You don't want to know....trust me.
I would encourage all those who do use the public facilities to, at minimum, purchase and wear (at all times in the shower) a cheap pair of rubber "flip flops". Do your best to not come into contact with any surface. Disinfect the flip flops after each use.
I talk a lot with the folks who's job it is to keep the showers and RR clean. Personally, I wouldn't enter either without wearing full HAZMAT gear. No joke...and it ain't just kids either.

My wife has knee problems, so the wet bath is actually better for her because it has a built-in shower seat. I'm not sure there's enough room for a shower seat in the dry bath.
The wet bath is cramped for me (I'm 6'1"), but I tolerate it because I like the extra living and storage space.

We use our wet bath in the 179 every day weather dry camping or in full hook ups. In the past i was use to either wilderness camping or tent in state parks. Love my 179 shower. No bar soap for me. Pump body wash (no droped bar).

We had a boat with a wet bath and found it very annoying and slippery to use the toilet after someone just showered. For that reason our only choice was the dry bath. The 180 is the lightest RV with a dry bath so that is the main reason for us getting a 180. We have been grossed out too many times in CG's (and even hotels) and want our own private full bath. We may even consider switching out the water heater for a tankless system for endless hot water (assuming at a site with full hookups). We delayed getting the 180 when we heard they switched to a rounded bath that the curtain attaches at the bottom. Now we are delaying again to get the Blue Canoe Pod

I bought the 180 because of the dry bath. Since getting it, I have had a shower in it every night. For me, any wet bath is too small and too wet when you don't want it to be. I do wish the 180 has a bathroom vent fan.

I have the 179 and have always use the provided CG showers, saves on moisture buildup in the trailer.
