The only 2015's that I've seen with the bolts are the ones that have had issues with the slide pulling away. 
 
If the slide has exerted enough force on the side of the trailer to pull that frame out what has it done to the side of the trailer itself?  That's the question I have. 
 
The "missing bolts" are to fix a design flaw not something that was missed at the factory as far as I can tell.
