You can get reasonably decent results with ACX plywood at a pretty low cost if you sand the finished side really well and fill any edge gaps before staining and sealing it. Could be made to match the interior stain if you did some testing. It tolerates water well. I hate that fiberboard junk.

Yah. Fiberboard has issues with moisture of any kind, and it's heavy. I might be inclined to find a suitably-sized butcher block that you could turn into a table. If you are handy, and have access to woodworking tools, it might be fun to glue one up yourself. Lots of options here.

Fresh water tank is wrapped in 60 mil TPO membrane.  Went ok, just not much wiggle room under there.  the recirc water project is complete now.  I will try and post some test data to measure energy usage soon.

Only thing left is to replace the dinette table top and Pod will be ready to go again.  I have a piece of 1.5" butcher block coming from John Boos for that.

Looks great! Looking forward to seeing the data! Hopefully your weather is getting warm there and you'll have to wait till next winter now to really test it out.

So does the holder mount directly to the frame? And how difficult was it to plumb?

Wow, I thought I was replying directly to your post about the dual propane tanks but my message fell all the way to the end of the string. I was inquiring about the dual propane tank holder. And do you have a link to the site on amazon where you purchased the holder? I plan to do the same mod.

Idaho

Yes the tank holder bolts to the trailer a frame. The bolts are under the tanks and through the frame and bolts on the bottom I think. I will look for the part and post it

KT20MNT Flame king. Bought it on amazon. Plumbing is easy just make sure you use the correct tape or compound on the non compression fittings. Holler if you have questions
