Update-7 February: I'm still waiting to hear from Forest River. I had contacted Samantha Hoover in Service last week. She said it had been forwarded to her supervisor. Hopefully, I will hear something soon.

But Wait!!!! If they did a remanufacture of the outer skin as you mentioned, that would make your pod blue, but green on the inside. hmmmmm. Does this make it a one of a kind pod? And what would stop you from selling it as a 2017.5 ???  lol

Integrity!

I think Forest River would find some green paint somewhere. If they can replace decals, I am sure it would be with original ones for 2016, not with the 2017 graphics. If for some reason it did come back with the 2017 color scheme on the outside, it would (as you say) be unique. I could say that, but then I would also disclose why it is unique.

I finally got the estimate for repairs from Forest River. It looks like our escaPOD will be repaired! Thumbs Up
There are a couple of details to be worked out such as how to get it there (transport or we tow) and when it can be done.

As I expected, the worst side (door side) will be replaced. The roof will be repaired with a new fiberglass skin installed. The other side (slide-out side) may be repaired or replaced, depending on what is found when they get it there and can take a better look. It depends on whether there was frame damage or not.

It will have the original color scheme and decals. There is no worry about a mixed-up color scheme.

I have followed your repair journey from the start.  I am relieved that you are getting some headway on the repairs.  I know how attached we get to our rPods!Smile
