As a graduate of Bucknell University I'm always proud to see them in the NCAA Tournament.  Their bid comes as the winner of the Patriot League Tournament, which they finally won this year after several attempts.  (A typical frustrating season for the Bison is first place in the league after regular season play,  followed by coming up just short in the tourney-  usually losing to Lehigh-  Grrr...)

Of course, their seeding is pretty low, but I recall one year when they opened against a highly favored #2 seed and sent them home, one and done.  (Any Kansas fans out there ???)

Anyhow, well done, Bison!  I'll be watching your progress throughout the NCAA's even if it's a short path.

I'm a Kansas State University graduate and fan, so I'm almost always glad to see the University of Kansas lose, like they did against TCU yesterday in the Big 12 Tournament.

K-State is on the cusp of making the big dance after beating Baylor last night. The "experts" moved them from one of the first four teams out to one of the last four teams in after that game. A win against WV tonight should cement an invitation.

Bucknell gave WV a fight-  the closest score of the 3-14 matchups at 86-80.  WV just controlled the boards at both ends and the Bison couldn't get an outside attack going.  Congrats to the Mountaineers.

It sounds even more impressive when you consider that *every* Division I school in Kansas is in the tournament.
