I don't know what you mean by 'kitchen'. However, on the 171 there is an electric outlet near the right wheel well, conveniently under the R-Dome, so I made a table that clamps to the wheel well -

Some wood stain, hinges, a couple of poplar boards for the table surface, 2 threaded screw inserts, a knob screw, a vertical upright, and a double ended screw for the vertical upright at the free end of the table, and finally a cross piece to keep the table surface flat and stiff. A level makes everything, well, level.  Now that I have a drill press, the fit will be better, when I made it I used a hand drill. I used lengths of screen window moulding to keep things from rolling off.
