I have a 110 volt fault light on Dometic. Flashes 20 sec.s along with fault light.
This is supposed to indicate no 110volts to unit.
But there is 110volts in plug in the back of the fridge and there's 110 volts at end of power cable and outlet from controller to 110 volt heater probe. The probe ohms out at 90 ohms.
So before I order a real expensive control module and find out I still have a problem.
Any ideas...
Oh and is there another 110 vac outlet before the power outlet inside the back of the fridge.
I'll be looking for that again after I post this.

OK. So I turned it on and the fault light did it's 20 second beep&flash and let it go to see if the 110vac heater was actually working (since I have 110vac right up to the heater cable). Sure enough the refrigerant line got hot so the refrigeration is working!
So the beep/flash thing would beep for various amounts of time and then stop for a while and repeat. I pressed and held the caution button for a few seconds...no change. Then pressed and released and it stopped.
Problem solved.
I can't wait to locate the Dometic service manual and realized I just wasted a bunch of time...I hope.

Glad you got it sorted out. Resetting the fridge brain can sometimes cure some issues..

Furpod,

Question. Am I dreaming or wasn't there an issue with door latch switches or something associated with the door latch, that can cause beep? THANKS.

Just beeping can be a latch issue, or a moisture issue in the light/latch.

But this was a beep AND the flashing triangle, or what his generation of control panel has..

Checked the latch and light and they were working. Don't know about other door issues. Ready for the Appalachian Mountains (Mount Airy Fiddlers Convention, Mars Hill University Old Time Week, and Cowan Creek in Whiteburg, KY)...all in June. Thanks for lending an ear!

Yup, mine was beeping for 20 seconds, then would stop and some minutes later repeat the beeping.  Troubleshooting guide in the manual said this was indicating the "light on" inside the fridge.  Pulled back the door seal and sure enough, the light was on!  I had set the latch for the non-travel mode and for some reason, the door was not tripping off the light when closed.  Reset the latch to "latch" which pulled it closed another fraction of an inch.  This shut off the light and the beeping.  I thought something more serious was happening.  Maybe the door seal hasn't broken in yet.....don't know.

And don't call "Coach-net" for help.  Got a very condescending tech who was absolutely no help.  Don't plan to call them again for help.
