Just so I'm clear, you want a new sub-form somewhere for pHp, which for starters would have the "rules" as stated earlier in this thread.  Members that want to be pHp members will have their membership label (below their user name) changed to php.

Do you want other pHp members to have access to post to that forum?

Do we have consensus on who gets the pHp label?  Some wanted specific time/post minimums, others didn't want any.

All who responded to the poll replied in favor of the idea - as presented:

No time limits or restrictions
A folder with the info explaining what pHp is, along with yizit's "cautions" and member names/general locations.  I don't THINK we want this folder altered or added to or edited by anyone other than Admin or the Mods.  I think it would be extremely confusing to have each user presenting their version of what it should/shouldn't be.
pHp logo/designator in a field NOT able to be accessed by general users (wherever area is good for you)

Note: going forward; if someone wants to make changes to the content of the folder (other than yourself adding names) I think it would be great to submit the idea as a "poll" and let the majority prevail.  For instance; if someone did think we should add restrictions, at some point, take a poll and see how everyone feels about it.

I'll add this to my to-do list.  I'm backed up all around with the double blizzard we got last week, today is my first day @ work since Friday a week ago.

Thanks for your help.  As far as I know, there is no hurry on this.  I feel for you folks to the East - it's been bad enough here in Indiana.

We would try our best to be of help to a poder needing help. But would be concerned about safety. But I think with caution it would be a great idea.     David

Been a tough winter (payback for the last 3 winters which were extremely mild).  Last I checked Baltimore was the #1 city for snowfall in the US, with 80".  An average winter gives us 18"!  And some computer models are starting to show a decent snowfall next week...

Confused I see a list of people that would help other podders "PHP" but I noticed that the person that started this is not listed, as well as several others that said they would help. PHP's where are you?
