Hit's all the requirements with even more. Car charge, direct battery charge, direct Solar charging and has the power to charge the laptop!

I bought two 10packs. I did have to modify a bit on the charging box for these batteries are a tad longer. Still haven't tested re-charge in the truck. It takes a fair amount of time due to the capacity of the batteries.
