It appears I have a wiring issue. I checked power at the fridge AC outlet (behind the lower vent on the outside) and I’m essentially getting nothing (~0.35 VAC on my Fluke multimeter). I verified that the GFCI breaker was on by plugging in a fan. Does anybody know how the wiring from the GFCI outlet to the fridge outlet is routed in a 179?

Many (most? all?) of the outlets in our RP179 are slaved to the GFCI. Check some of the other outlets to determine if they have power. If not, then there is probably something wrong with the slave side of the GFCI. Otherwise, it may just be a breaker.

The fan is plugged into one of the slave outlets and it’s running fine. Is there a separate breaker between the GFCI and the fridge outlet?

Bum,

I think not. There is a CB labeled so and a resettable GCFI outlet, you should be able to measure 120 at fridge outlet with both engaged.

One other thing you might check—
On our 179, the wiring for the refrig and other thngs in the slide are located in the wood panel below the fridge. Take it off and check all the connections.  From that panel, the wiring goes into the bottom of the hassock closest to the refridge.  From there it goes through a channel under the floor and over to the main fuse/cb controll unit. Check all of the connections.  As the slide moves ina and out, these wires get moved around and it may be a simple loose connection.

I have a new issue. Last year it work on all setting, 120V, propane and 12V. We went camping last week and the 120V worked fine. But when I push the button for propane, no light, not even the clicking sound. When I push the button for 12V, no light. Does and one had this happen?

Did you bleed the air out of the gas lines?  That is often a cause of not lighting.  As for the 12vdc, check the fuse.  There will be a red led glowing if it's blown.  If there's gas, you may want to check and clean the burner.  If you don't have screens on the vent openings, little friends can get in during your temperate winter and take up residence.
