Purchased one of the "linked" items you list on Youtube.....the 25' power cord extension.  We actually could have used this a few months ago.  The factory cord length kept me from backing further into the campsite like I wanted.  Hadn't really thought anymore about that till I saw your video.

I purchased a 50' 30A extension to use with the RV outlet I installed at my house. It was much less expensive than putting the outlet close enough to the R-Pod's parking spot to use the cord without an extension (I was quoted $400 by one electrician). The box is adjacent to the main breaker panel so I did not need to buy a large amount of wire, just a short piece along with the breaker, RV outlet box with socket and some PVC conduit, glue, and connectors. So far, I have not taken it along as I have not yet encountered a place where the R-Pod's stock cord was too short.
