Its a standard Atwood A-frame, same as on my popup which has the swing-up jack as standard equipment.  The boxed construction of the A-frame arms is very strong.  Older campers used c-channel which wasn't as strong (never add some thing like a weight distribution hitch to a camper with c-channel).

I also use the Domar pad or Wheel depending, mostly the pad I like the solid feel of the tongue with it.  Also brought my front stabilizers from them.  Quick service.
