Good for you. I didn't appreciate the reply you got on another forum. I realize it is a warranty issue, but it is bigger than that. This is a real safety issue. Not just for you but others on the road. If I got hit by an unsecured awning I'd be PO'd. Best of luck.

+1. Somebody could be seriously injured or worse. A loose awning could act kinda like a javelin being tossed at a following vehicle at 60 mph FR needs to do better.
