Hello All,

I have  a2016 179. Plugging in an electric teapot caused the 'kitchen' outlet to stop working. I check the GFI under the bed and it was fine. IS there more than 1 GFI? If there is a breaker/fuse box, I cannot locate it. The owners manual is useless and I am a bit old school. I do not have the patience to find a youtube video when I would rather have written information.

I don't get to use this trailer as much as I'd like; I use it primarily for work and as a guest room. Please help.

The breaker box in the 179 is under the pantry. I'm pretty sure that one of the outlets under the kitchen counter is a GFCI.

The GFCI for our 179 is on the outlet by the bed. I think most, if not all the outlets are slaved of the GFCI. If that is the only dead outlet, then I suspect you have a wiring issue. Very unusual for an outlet to fail, but I suppose it's possible.

Check the other outlets and the breaker in the panel that the Bum pointed out.

The GCFI is in the outlet to the right of the sink in our 179 (2016, built in 2015). We don't have any other ones that I am aware of. I second checking the breaker in the power panel under the pantry.
