Have a new 195, Dometic AC went out after 1 hour... 6?weeks and still waiting for the replacement!!!!
Anyone else have communication issues wit Dometic, or AC problems?

What has your dealer done to expedite this? If it is brand new, I'd be calling my dealer to find out why it is taking so long.

Dealer has been great... Dometic is the issue, apparently has huge back log?

I would think forest river would have some units, and they should be helping out. I don't know what happened to your's, but I can say my 195 a/c unit works great, so I assume it will be fixed with a good unit.

My ac just failed on my second trip in my 2020 180 mounting bolt fell out for the fan motor causing it to rub on its housing. Reinstalled but now fan will shut off intermittently and a humming noise comes from ac (sounds like stalled motor) then it restarts after a few seconds. Will be contacting dealer when we get home.

I don’t specifically know what part of the unit was faulty... the air going in was cooler than what was coming out. Consensus was a defective compressor.
