I just had our new RPOD 190 delivered yesterday morning. Cleaned up the sawdust on the inside from the trip from Ohio to NH. Looking in the bathroom I see that the shower wall is separated in a section.

Brand new and has the same issue as I saw someone reference here. I understand that they use doublesided tape to adhere the shower wall? Really?

I am creating a punch list for a local FR service which I was already warned that unless I bought it there it would not be until the fall when they could do any repairs.

DO you expect that they would simply add more double sided tape? What would be a permanent solution?

Thanks!

Search for this issue and see the solution I came up with.

I got more plastic rivets and used them to fix my problem.

Forest River must build travel trailers as fast as humanly possible since there are so many quality control issues.

I advise you to check EVERY LITTLE THING in your new RPOD.  Look for glue marks, missing screws, poor quality workmanship.

These glue marks were hard to see when we bought our Pod.  After a year, they were far more obvious.  And there is no way to remove them.....now.  Beware.

I would also recommend you check, as in physically try to tighten every drain connection.
I found my bathroom sink drain leaking, Tightened it, so easy fix. Then I checked and every joint on the kitchen drain was not tight.
You might make sure you leak check the roof regularly after it rains. I had a leak and it turned out the roof caulk around the bath fan must have had an air bubble. Was pretty hard to track down as no real crack showed and the water was dripping out over by the AC  I had to fix that as it put a good puddle in the camper.
All the crimps for the water heater(under the bed) were loose with one of the wires even falling out of the crimp. Redid all those connections.

Also...run the heater and ac to check for noises and effectiveness. L bracket for the sewage dump line support will fail so be aware. Valences over the blinds not secured...just a few things to look at

Same here. Most of my molding has come off on the ceiling, kitchen and door. The heads on the nail are tiny and the pod flexes while driving. Simple fixes, but expect them to let go. The bottom draw on my 190 is not square and they always pop out when traveling. I put a dowel in there now and it helps.
Another problem is the front under the sink on my rpod190. When the slide is in, something got under, it doesn't take much, a shoe, anything and when the slide goes out, that piece breaks. I found that 2 door hinges were a great fi and allowed easy access to plumbing and any future fixes to the slide. I used a powerful magnet from ebay to keep it closed when down, but a small bungy will do it.
