We have a 2010 177 and love it. I cannot tell you about risers or dome as we did not get either. I know there many of you gals out there podding along and doing a terrific job of it, my hat is off to you, i am handicapped and my wife does a lot of the muscle work and yes helps dump. You will find that some dump tubes to be higher than your pod dump i think risers would help here. We got a macerator it pumps the ground up tank fluids up hill. I bought it after we had a dump tube that was 10 inches higher than the popds and that stuff does not run up hill and you do not have to have the slinky

Big smileI travel alone as well. I have the R-dome and love it. I put it up by myself with no problems. I put the tv outside and watch movies some times. It really expands the trailer. Happy Podding!

You got that right!  The stuff that runs in the slinky ALWAYS runs downhill.  Until it hits a fan.
