"Humble brag" is an oxymoron......

I never winterized any of my RV's when I lived in coastal Norcal either, never gets cold enough to worry about it. No real need for a/c in the summer either.  OTOH, it doesn't rain to speak of for 6 plus months straight, you have to worry about giant wild fires and the occasional earthquake, and the cost of living is through the roof. No place is perfect I guess.

Not humble at all for where you reside. For me when that Pod is not being used there is a risk, but I don't do it until I shut the Pod down for the season.
