I have Castle Rock ST 225/75R15 I
Tires on my 191. The driver side tire has developed a flat spot on th inside tread. I have 12000 miles on my 1.5 yr old tires. No problem with passenger side. Tire pressure good.

Anyone with a similar problem. I run 67 and have a factory brake controller in my 2015 F 150

Flat at one spot or is the tread worn all the way around on the inside? A flat spot could indicate a tire imbalance, tread wear on the inside would suggest excessive negative camber. Negative camber can indicate a bent axle, which is more likely on the drivers side because that side is heavier. You can usually see negative camber. when looking at the wheel from the rear it would be tilted in at the top.

Thanks for the feedback. Literally is n a quarter of the tire. Perhaps I can see negative camber, but too me both sides look the same. Had the dealer inspect the unit in June. But have just put 5000 miles on it on a cross country trek. Will definitely get it to the dealer. Thanks again for the input

All the flat spots I ever got on tires came from locking the brakes and sliding the tire(s).
