On our 2020 196, I found the Hot Water Heater by removing the Fuse Box assembly located under the fridge.  It was easier to remove the plastic access door first, then unscrew the 4 bolts.  Move the Fuse Panel ass'y carefully to one side.  LOTS of wires here, so don't force anything!
Using a flashlight, look inside the space a bit to the right and voila, there is the front end of your Hot Water Heater.  There are several models of Hot Water Heaters used on the rPods.  Our particular model doesn't have a third bypass hose, but instead uses special valves to bypass the Hot Water Heater.  The photo below demonstrates our HWH, and the proper valve locations for normal use and for Winterizing.

If you need to access the Water Pump, although some models require you to move the mattress and unscrew the plywood base, not so the case on our 196.  Outside the trailer, on the left towards the front is the access door that leads to the storage area.  I had to crawl partially inside and look to the right to see the access panel held tight with 4 wood screws.  Remove the panel and there is your Water Pump. This is where you insert the included vinyl hose into a jug of RV Safe Anti-Freeze and turn the valve so that the Water Pump pulls from the jug of Anti-Freeze instead of pulling from the Fresh Water Tank.  You'll need to do this if you live in a part of the country where you need to Winterize your camper.

Hope this helps someone . . .

Happy Camping!
