I have had a 2020 195 that we have used a total of maybe 20 days total. This week I filled the water tank completely for the completely for the first time. After about 3 hours after set-up I flushed the toilet and shortly after, noticed water coming up under the trip on the right side of the door. The water was not on top of the floor in the bathroom, but was coming up through the floor right under the plastic door trim.it is clean water, not toilet eater.there is no water on the underside that I can see. Do I have to remove the insulation to find the water lines and I'd so,any suggestions on how to do so. And is it something a 78 year old can do?

Sounds like maybe either a leaking toilet flush valve or a leaking water line. Does your pump cycle on and off frequently trying to maintain pressure?

If yes, you might be able to use a mirror to see if it's the toilet valve which is behind the toilet.

It could also be a PEX water line with a hole in it (others have reported staples punched through the water lines at the factory). That is going to be more difficult to find due to lack of access. Until you do keep the pump and city water off so you're not making it worse. Can you still make a warranty claim?

As for age, that is an individual decision. There are 85 year olds who can get work done some 35 year olds couldn't attempt. What I find is that everything just takes longer than it used to. But more experience and better planning can often compensate.

Thank you for your reply. It is 2 weeks out of warranty. Water pump does not continue pumping,so it only leaks after or while flushing.
I am confident I could do the work, but just don't want to I guess. I am contacting dealer I bought it from to have fixed.
Once again,thank you.
