Ok this is minor but we just got a new 2022 193 and the front bottom sun shade will not pull up.  It appears on the right side it is bound and off track.  To take it back is over 200 miles total trip.  Any ideas?   The upper curtain works perfect...not the sun shade.

Don't have a fix, but I'm going to hop onto this thread with a related issue.  My '21 171, on it's 4th trip out, had a poorly affixed tensioner mount pull out from the wall, all others seem SOLID.  Not sure about using a short drywall insert due to the thin wall construction.  Regarding the front window shade, mine fell loose from the top curbside on the trip home from purchase - I screwed it back in and haven't yet had a recurrence.  I also have a 3 hour + drive to my dealer and don't want to haul over for a 5 dollar warrantee repair.  I guess quality builds have gone away, as is being reported...

By upper curtain, I assume you mean the screen/miniblind part, and sunshade meaning the 'keep all prying eyes out' part.  I had to pop the top corner off to access the screw to reaffix mine, doesn't seem to be a terribly complicated assembly...Also, I unclip/separate the two halves prior to moving either, always grab at exact center, and once they're where I want 'em, snap the center clip to the upper part.
