I just noticed a soft spot in the floor of our Rpod right where we stand all the time to do dishes in front of the sink.  I know John Marucci (sp) on You Tube talked about it on his Rpod when his was still under warranty.  He talked about how they only use 1/4" plywood for the floor (which mine has) and didn't use enough cross member braces for that thin of plywood.  Just wondering if anyone else has or heard of this problem and what they did to remedy it or help it after the trailer was out of warranty?  My soft spot is right on top of our gray water tank, so don't know if there is enough room between the tank and floor to add bracing.  Seems like it would be an expensive repair at the dealer or factory.  I have never seen water in that area (could have happened before we purchased it) or anything leaking.  Guessing the plywood is just coming unlaminated from flexing so many times.  Frustrating to think they use that thin of material, so by the time it breaks down it is out of warrantyAngry.  So many reviews I read on many brands of trailers talk about the poor quality and craftsmanship.  Any suggestions for a remedy welcomed.

If the soft spot is above a tank the only suggestion I have is to remove the tank, install a plywood sheet with supports outside the tank area, the reinstall the tank a bit lower than it was. If the tanks are just in front of and behind the axle you should still be ok on ground clearance. Taking the tanks out isn't as hard as it looks but putting them back lower might require some new drain plumbing. Maybe a sheet of something like 1/8 inch aluminum might also work as reinforcement and keep the tank close enough that the plumbing can be reconnected as is.

If it is in an open spot, just a cross-brace might be sufficient. I did that for our 179, not because I had noticed a serious problem, but I had noticed it being not quite as firm in the area by the door and kitchen area in our 179. Adding just a cross-brace up against the existing floor was sufficient to make it feel much firmer.

I have this exact problem in the exact same spot.  2013 Rpod 177.    I do not relish trying to remove the gray water tank to reinforce this.
