I am down in Arizona from Canada. Plumbing problem with my 2011 R171.
The water pump runs and delivers water to the toilet, and hot and cold to the shower. No water hot nor  cold to kitchen sink, although there was some initially. Same result on city pressure water.
With the line pressurized, occasional drip with both taps turned off.
The hot water line to the sink does not get warm, so no flow to the taps.
Any opinion, please?   i think it may have frozen overwinter even though I did my usual winterizing. Thawed now, though.

Also, my furnace is intermittent. It will cycle all night but often does not and needs to be turned off and on to get it working again. Is this a thermostat problem or a switch in the furnace?

Try to remove the aerator from the faucet end and see if it is clogged there.

As for the furnace, is there anything that would cause the thermostat to read warmer than it actually is? If it isn't calling for heat, the furnace isn't going to run. If it is working some of the time, it is less likely to be a furnace issue, but you might with to look up the troublshooting guide for the furnace and see if it will help you figure out what is going on.

+1 What Stephen said. See if the aerator is clogged. You may also need to check each individual valve, just be sure you release pressure from the system by opening a faucet that works. Mine clogged really bad during a trip and that is what I had to do. Keep a towel handy.

It's a good idea to flush the hot water tank annually. The debris caused by the anode rod decomposition will really clog stuff up.

Good luck

+2 on checking the aerator.

Re the furnace, a failing tstat is certainly a good possibility. You're lucky because with an older rpod you probably have a simple mechanical tstat, not one of the new complicated ones that operate the a/c too. Those old ones are a two wire device that just closes the circuit when calling for heat. So, you can just pull off the tstat and connect the 2 wires by hand instead to turn on the furnace. It's all at 12V so no worries about shock hazards. Those old stats are inexpensive and easy to replace too. Sometimes old tech is better...

If that doesnt fux things then it's likely there is an intermittent problem with the furnace controls, sensors, or voltage to the furnace.

Intermittent problems can be hard to sort out, and the furnace controls
can seem a bit complex at first. They really aren't all that bad once youre familiar.

There is a good description of the furnace sequence of operation and a troubleshooting chart in the Suburban service manual, a pdf of which can be found on via a Google search at the Heartland Owners website.

Thanks for the advice. My Pod actually has the more complicated thermostat unit. I cycled the temp selecter slide many times in case of corrosion. It worked well  last night, but the jury is still out. I removed the aerator and water is fine now. I knew it had to be a common problem but was fooled by the hot line not getting warm.

Got water working, thanks. I realized it was a common prblem and finally got around to removing the aerator. I had been fooled by the hot line not getting warm. Thanks for your advice.

Thanks, Stephen. I realized it was a common problem and yesterday removed the aerator. All good now. I was fooled initially by the hot line not getting warm. Furnace is behaving. I cycled the temp slider numerous time in case of corrosion. Jury still out on that although it was good last night. Cheers!

I'm glad you got it solved. However, one post to let people know is sufficient. Since it is a forum and posts are public, individual acknowledgement is not needed.

I hope your furnace problem is solved also. The thermostat in ours is touch screen and does not have sliders. Moving the slider like you did would indeed help if it had some corrosion on it
