You mentioned replacing the cover to the fuse panel right? All I have to do is tap mine with my calf and it pops open. It's getting a little distracting.

Cane2 & Snowbound.......Shhhhhh

Dixie let's me take all the credit as long I keep her well supplied in "cookies" and cheddar cheese chunks.LOL

Chuck....I have had the same issue with the WFCO cover on the Pod and Coleman (they are the same converters).  It bugs me too, but not enough to do anything about it yet.  I may just make a small wedge out of thin cardboard and see if that helps.  If I'm not bumping it open, Dixie is and I'm afraid it will get broken one of these days.

Oooo, small wedge out of cardboard. How simple and I bet it will work. Yeah, it's one of those parts that seems pretty insignificant until you have to replace it then it's $$$$$$$ I bet.

Yes, our cover fell down all the time too. Tom was saying something about a small tab of duct tape on the new one.

Maybe a small bit of velcro inside the cover?
