Try supergluing small dots of velcro on either side of the door, mid-way up and at the bottom.  To the wall and to the curtain.  No more sticking curtain.

i hope i found the problem, the water connection to the toilet was not tight enough. i'm gonna make some test next week-end

At the top I use two clothesline clips, clipped to the rail the curtain hangs on, to keep it tight.

I keep a tiny carabiner on the last shower pull and then clip that to an eye hook at the end of the rail.
