Somewhere in the basement there probably is an answer to this question already.
 
I am going to travel and be on the road for x number of days.
Instead of unhooking my "toad" can I level the Pod, unhook the power cord ( this drains your car battery?), turn on propane and rest for the night.
 
Keep it simple. If any other things to do just fill them in !
 
Have had water pump go out, was still on warrenty, so had no charge for item or labor.
Now to relearn (hopefully it will come back readily) all the things I have not done for 7 months.

Does your Pod's Refrig automatically switch over from tow vehicle power to propane? If not, don't forget to manually switch over.  If your battery(s) are/is fully charged you should be fine 'til the next day.  The next morning, I connect (plug in) a DC battery meter to my battery power to see if the battery needs to be charged up via the tow vehicle.

I have boon docked for at least 5 days. Battery will get low ( I use little tensor lights for spot reading at night, have a Coleman battery lamp for light somewhat inside), I keep the battery people in business at this time. AND I can always hook up back on car and run the car a while. I like to do that to recharge my phone and Kindle. The main thing I would want is to power the water pump, but even there I have bottled water for washing up and clean up. And, yes, I would have to change over the frig to propane.
Just trying to save the time and effort of unhooking and rehooking each day several times. I always carry enough goods to not have to have the care to go off in.

Yes, you can just level it out with the jack and climb in.  I wouldn't worry about unhooking the Bargeman connector, any power you use overnight will just get shared between your TV's battery and the pod's battery.  We did this coming back from and going to Florida last year at Wal-Marts.

When traveling I have gone in for the night at a campground by the highway and left the rig hooked up.  It is great if you can get a pull through site.  If I am going to plug in at the site I disconnect the cable from the truck.  If not I leave it hooked up.  I normally do put down the jacks, but I don't think that is necessary.

No reason to unplug from the TV even with hookups, the converter will just top off your TV battery at the same time.
