Thanks, Mark. My previous conversations with 177 folks had the water system under the bed like the 171. Must have been just the water heater there....

No problem.. on a 177, the furnace and water heater are under the bunk on the street side.

I am worried that she/they may have a leak in the supply side, maybe under the shower.. If she hooks up to city water, or just turns on the pump, she/they shou d be able to find the problem. If no water/leak is found at or near the pump, or under the sink area, then they need to remove the vent cover on the front of the shower stall, and look under there.. if nothing there.. then up comes the bed, to check the water heater connections.

I will point out my parents current class C has had a backflow valve leak for 5-6 years.. they just turn the pump on/off as needed. lol. It will lose pressure every 10 minutes or so otherwise. He is a good mechanic, but he says at his age (75), he isn't getting down on the floor unless he is having a heart attack or is on fire.. or both... Big smile

It's on my long list of stuff to get done when I go "home". Only get back to Cali once or twice a year.
