Goose, this is for you.
You asked me if my dolly works as good as it looks.
Answer: It works better than it looks.

Manoeverablity is unbelievable I can turn the pod on a dime.
As far as pulling the pod up the driveway (5% grade) no problem, I can do it all by my self. Funny thow, every time I move the pod of the driveway people stop and asked if I need help,I reply no thank you, than they look, oh you have a motor on there and than they just watch.
As far as pulling the pod up behind the garage (10% grade for about 10') when not in use or for the winter, I hook my winch to the pod and help the dolly for the 10'.
The dolly has enough torque but not enough traction. If I could add about 200# on my tongueweight, than I think it would work.
The dolly cost me between 550-600$, however I saved about 2000$ over the last 2 years not having to pay rent for a parking spot.
If you want something done right, do it yourself.
