Darned right. You shouldn't. The sun came out a little while ago but it was snowing at noon here. |

Then I won't mention that we've been out twice so far (plus once in January).

Finished the de winterizing process today, drained fresh water tank with bleach solution, filled tank, let set 24 hours with fresh water, all lines flushed clean, all systems are go. fire up the furnace, water heater on gas and electric, stove , fridge, The next big decision is where to go first.

Yeah, hate to rub salt in the wounds of our Northern Brotheren; but I don't even winterize my POD. I camp mostly in Fall/Winter/Spring and cover it up for the summer. Been out with the grandkids 9 weekends since Halloween ! They are starting to get deadly with their airsoft guns; I come back looking like I have 1000 bites; those darn things hurt.....Camp by the prettiest trout stream in North Georgia. Oh yeah; no snow this year......

Ya'll can come to Northern MI where most of the snow has melted, but we still have 2-3 foot tall glaciers in the woods. We even got up to the mid 60's today, feels great to breathe the clean air blowing off the cool lake today.

We were going to try to make it next weekend but it looks like the weather is going in the dumps again next weekend. I think last year our first time out was Mothers day week end. looking like that's the way it is again. I really like cool crisp mornings with the temps getting up into the 60's or low 70's during the day. Gotta take what you can get.
