Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but sure someone will tell me if no.

Having not used our Pod since October 2011 I figured I may run into some issues getting it ready for camping this year.  Only had 2 problems. One was my fault.  I was not aware I had the electric swith for the water heater in the "on" position when I hooked up power to it. Ouch  I easily fixed that problem myself thanks to Amazon.com and with no thanks what-so-ever to Camping World. (I won't get into my Camping World ordeal)
Problem number 2 is with the fridge. The night before we were to leave, I put the fridge on propane power. Made sure the propane tank valve was open (pod was level)and lit the stove burners to clear the air out of the line.  After a few clicks the pilot lit (I could see it at the back opening for the fridge).  After PLENTY of time it had not cooled.  The top fins (for the freezer section) were a little cool but the bottom fins were room temperature.  We used the fridge the entire weekend on electricity and it worked like a charm.  Came home and after emptying the fridge, I put it back on propane to see if it may work then.  No luck.  I could hear it clicking at the back again but the clicking sounded 'strange'. Don't really know how to describe it. Suffice it to say I turned it off and now I'm turning to you guys before I take it to the dealer.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can check myself to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance for any help.

After sitting so long maybe dust or cobwebs in the ventri. Sonds like it was running cold. Not enough heat to effectively evaporate the refrigerant. Just a guess.

OK guys,  you knew this was coming...can you take a picture and point to where I should look for dust and cobwebs or describe to me where to begin this search.  I'm only ignorant of a subject until I learn to do it the first time Ying Yang

Hear are the pictures the first is of the of the lower bay of the fridge from outside the square metal area houses the gas burner.

This is a picture inside the burner. Sometimes dust and cobwebs in hear will interfere with the burner just blow it out with compressed air.

Sean,  thanks for the photos.

I investigated the flame area and here is what I found, along with a photo to help my description!

When my pilot lights, the flame comes out the front and back holes indicated by the red arrow.  I noticed it had really heated up the wires above the flame.  I'm thinking the two slim white things to the right of the red arrow is the ignitor?  I believe my flame should be where my green arrow is?  If this is the case, I think I have a serious clog and I don't think I'm comfortable dis-assembling the unit any further, and should take it to some one who knows more than I do about cleaning this unit out.  Do you guys agree with my hypothesis?

I agree that you shouldn't have flame at the red arrow, and need a new starter. Until that is fixed you can still use the AC and DC modes safely.

+1 what techntrek said. looks like you may need a new ignighter. I would leave that to a pro as well. I am usually cautious with gas equipment. I will do minor stuff but leave the major stuff to the pros.
