We had issues with the TV coming on each of the 3 times we camped.  This time it came on then the picture faded away, sound is fine.  Our 181G is 6 months old now, so I'm sure it is not under warranty anymore, probably 90 days.  I like my morning news, so I need help with replacing.

Have any of you replaced yours?
RV model or other regular model?
What size?

Thanks.

My understanding is that the Forest River warranty is 12m bumper to bumper. If you have one of those dual power HDTVs, 12v/120v, they aren't cheap. I'd be calling for service. Good luck, let us know how things work out.

I agree with Podster, I was told 12 months bumper to bumper. Replacement should be on them.

Took TV out for testing, we can't store Pod at home.  Tested at home.  Seems the backlight is out, can see faint images.  Tried some of my computer screen troubleshooting.  Turned on side and updide down, picture comes on.  Talked to FR, it is under warranty, we are taking it to the RV center today.  Thanks!

Sorry Travis, I hate that we will miss it!  We have the 11th Tennessee Mountains Jeep Jamboree that weekend.  We won't even have time to come see everyone as it is a 4 day event for trail guides.  I hope that Spring Fling will be a different weekend next year.  We will meet everyone everyone in September at Mini-Mini.

Oh hey, you're one of my MiniMini reservations?  Awesome, I guess I don't recognize you via your forum name!
