I tried to put a piece of 5/8 thick closed cell foam up into the outlet of the drivers side of the fans exit duct that made a small difference but once the blast of air hit the inside of that white plastic air diverter in the center section or straight down diversion that for me is where the un wanted sound comes from.

Did you see the thread I posted for the things I did to mine?
You do not want to reduce the fan speed or the coils will freeze up.
