Our used 179 didn't come with a convection oven and I'd like to install one. However, I can't figure out where you get a "trim kit" for some of the ovens I've heard suggested: Cuisinart CMW-200 1.2-Cubic-Foot Convection Microwave Oven or the KitchenAid KCO275GC Convection 1800-watt Digital Countertop Oven. If anyone is looking to sell their oven, I'd go that route, too.

The trim kit is only going to be available for a model designed to be placed into a cabinet, in an RV or otherwise. Try looking for/at RV convection microwaves.
