What does everyone use to block the fantastic fan? Many trailers use the reflective pillow, ours won't stay up....any ideas?

Those fuzzy foil backed pillows are worth the effort, particularly to block sun. Try attaching a few strips of self adhering Velcro to the inside of the vent housing. You only need one sex of the Velcro to increase the friction to the fuzzy pillow. Don't put anything on the pillow itself. |

I took the cover off the outside unit and, after preparation, spray painted it gloss white. I figured that white would reflect some of the heat so the AC would not have to work so hard. I have not had a chance to really test it as I did it toward the end of last summer after we finished our trips. It should make a difference though. Pictures are in my mods, the link to which is in my signature.
